Tuesday’s 10-1 Mini Camp 5-8 yr olds Minimum of Dive 3 or Weeny Squad

Wednesday’s 10-12 Squad pay as you go Novice/D/AG/B only

Friday’s 10-3 Development Day    Minimum of Dive 4 and age 8
All crash courses must be booked and paid for at reception or over the phone via card payment.

1:1′s can be booked through Sally or Jess in the office and will be available from 12-1 most days – £14.50 for half an hour

ASASESWAG2013 Detailed results part 1

The Plymouth divers were fine tuning their dives for the National Age Group competitions in July in Sheffield at the Life Centre on Saturday.

Over the course of two weekends in Southampton and Plymouth they got the final chance to practice in a real competition before July. The results are posted above.

There were so many pleasing performances – the coaches (including Claire) will be happy with their progress. Lots of smiley faces as you can see from Ben and Aidan below!

For the first time, this year it will run out of Plymouth Life Centre and we are looking forwards to welcoming teasm from all over the UK and Ireland.

As ever it takes a mammoth effort to put on an event of this size and we are always looking to recruit an army of volunteers to do anything from selling programmes, teas and coffess, marshalling divers and organising medal ceremonies.

Normally we would put you in a block of about 3-4 hours and only expect you to help once throughout the weekend – most parents tie this in with when their children are competing.

We are also in need of at least 6 cuti-pies every evening for the medal ceremonies – 8 and unders! They carry the medals for us!!

The competitions start at 4pm on the Thursday and finish around 3pm on the Sunday.
