Dived in Plymouth from 1985 to 1997, then in Leeds from 1997 to 2000.

DIVING LIFE

• First diver ever from Plymouth to qualify for a Senior International

• First diver ever from Plymouth to go to a Commonwealth Games (1994)

• Moved to Leeds in 1997

• Went to 1998 Commonwealths and 2000 Olympic Games

COACHING LIFE

• Started coaching in Plymouth 1992

• Coached for Leeds from 1997 to 2003

• Coached for Bradford from 2003 to 2006 (ran Bradford programme)

• Coached in Southampton 2006 to 2007

• Qualified in Diving, Trampolining and gymnastics floor/vault

• Attended GB Junior Internationals as a coach, 2001-2003

OTHER STUFF!

• Had baby Lucy Lorenna in November 2005

• Writes diving section for National Swimming Magazine

• Loves spending time with family
